Mechanical Requirements

We request that all ads be submitted electronically. We accept ads built with QuarkXpress, Pagemaker, Illustrator, and Press Quality PDF files. Please include all graphics and fonts used. Ads can be e-mailed to feedlot(at)st-tel.net, or sent via FTP. For Information on how to FTP Advertisements, Click Here.

Ads may be submitted on, CD, DVD, or electronic transmitted.

Book trim: 8" x 10-3/4". See advertising rates for sizes and dimensions.

Full page bleed specifications: 8-1/4" x 11-1/4"

Printing: Web Offset

Binding: Saddle stitch.

All spreads should be prepared for split pages.

Cancellations or changes not accepted after closing date. (Cover and insert cancellations cannot be accepted on less than 60 days notice preceding publication date.) Call regarding late placement and material deadlines. We will accommodate advertisers as much as possible.

Reader reply service. Commercial display advertising only.

When publisher must provide art work, extra copy work, halftones or color separations, advertiser will be billed at cost.

To obtain proofs when necessary, copy must be received at least 7 days before closing date. Changes and corrections to publisher by closing date.

Old materials will be destroyed one year after insertion unless shipping instructions are supplied to publisher.
