The Kansas Beef Council (KBC) has named Yahooz restaurant. According to KBC officials, the Leawood, Kansas restaurant was selected for its superior leadership, dedication, and commitment to menuing and mer- chandising beef. "Yahooz represents a completely fresh approach to the traditional Midwest menu that largely centers on beef based dishes. From our salads to our fantastic steaks, beef is the main ingredient on our menu," Owner Bill Crooks says. The restaurant features a wide variety of menu options including beef filets, pepper-encrusted Kansas City strips, top sirloin, ribs, cavatappi pasta tossed with beef tenderloin, grilled flank steak on sourdough bread and ranch hand burgers. "The beef industry's goal of providing the consumer a great eating experience every time is accomplished by Yahooz. As cattlemen, we are proud of how our product is presented to the public by this outstanding restaurant," said KBC Chairman Larry Jones of Holcomb, Kans. |
