The Western Section of the American Society of Animal Science will present the second annual symposium on June 21, 2000 entitled Visions For U.S. Beef Production Systems as part of the annual meeting of the Western Section, June 21-23, 2000, to be held at the University of California in Davis, Calif. The Symposium will feature nationally recognized experts presenting their vision for the future of the beef industry. The symposium will also feature a panel discussion on the characteristics of a profitable cattle operation. The symposium is open to all persons interested in the future characteristics of the U.S. beef cattle industry.
