Foreign Buyers Talk U.S. Beef
Thirty seven foreign buyers of U.S. beef assembled in Fort Worth to catch up with U.S. beef industry advancements ranging from new products to muscle profiling in a program hosted by the U.S. Meat Export Federation and the Texas Beef Council. The buyers, all from the Western Hemisphere, will use this information to educate the supermarkets and distributors in their countries for new U.S. beef marketing opportunities.
